This is a 2.27 acre piece of flat brush land. There are small bushes, short yellow grass, dirt and rocks. It's surrounded by mountains in the distance, some close, some far away. I have placed corner markers with orange flags to help find the boundaries. There are some vehicles, small structures a distance away on other people's property, but no one lives there.  About the roads. You turn West off the highway, onto a dirt road, then turn South. You drive south approximately 2.77 miles, then the roads turn into tire-ruts in semi tall grass. I would suggest at least an Outback type car or small SUV. Or you can park on the dirt road and walk approximately 4300 ft to the property center.  Murdock Mountain is about 2 miles away. About 5 miles to its peak. Pilot's Peak is 17 miles away. Toano Range is 17. Graham Peak is 32 miles away, across the Utah boarder. Desert Peak in Utah, 47 miles. I don't know their elevations.
