Amazingly beautiful place. Quiet and plenty of space. Hosts were prompt in response and always courteous and kind.

Directions to get to the camp were fine but once we arrived there are no numbers on the campsites so trying to find the one we reserved was tough & really just a guess, we thought that we would be able to play in the lake & rented a kayak to bring with us but while getting our camp set up the host came and told us that they do not allow people in the water due to “liability” reasons this was not disclosed to us before our stay and very disappointing. It was really pretty up there but not a whole lot to do.

We stayed 2 night & never saw the host so there was no one to ask questions to EXAMPLE: we couldn’t find our site we payed for since they are not numbered we walked around playing the guessing game. We literally just picked one of many that were available. They give you a number to call if you have questions but there is NO cell service so we ended up getting back in the car and driving back to the main gate to make a call to our host, I called multiple times and never got an answer or a call back. I saw other campers experience the same issue.

The campsite itself was really nice. It had benches around the fire pit and picnic tables. However, we were given the wrong coordinates to get there which was confusing and it wasn’t really clear where to park or which campsite we were supposed to be staying in.

Very peaceful, and nice place to stay. Definitely need some good bug spray. Was a little disappointed that use of the lake for swimming, and paddling isn't allowed. Especially since it was specified on the website Durning the time I booked our trip. All that aside, very beautiful and calm. Campsite was well stocked with firewood.

This was a great trip! We love the location and the facilities. This is a beautiful area, and I love to camp in Bartlett.

This stay was mostly great. There were so many stars! The trees were beautiful. The area was quiet and peaceful. The camp was in decent shape.

My only complaint is that for $62 a night per camp site after fees, the least I would expect is some toilet paper in the bathroom. I received a text the day before we came to warn us that they might not be stocked up on TP, but I would hope that someone would maintain the place for what you pay to rent the camp. With no running water in the place, we had to drive to Montpelier to get water to fill our containers and to buy cleaning supplies for the pit toilet latrines (they were a little rough and super smelly!) and more TP since there was none in the whole camp that we could access. We left the rolls full for the next group in hopes that we can pay it forward a little... All in all, I would go back, but I was a little disappointed in the lack of amenities for the price.
