I cannot say enough good things about this place! Not only did we stay in a beautiful and modern glamping tent, but we hung out with the hosts a lot and got to know them really well!! You are surrounded by gorgeous scenery with the most breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The overall experience there was absolutely wonderful and the hosts provided us with everything we needed! In your tent you have stylish and modern furniture with the most comfortable bed. Plus they provide you with a Goalzero where you can charge your phone or laptop everyday AND wifi for you to use! They also have a huge main house with two bathrooms with showers and an indoor and outdoor kitchen. As well as a fire pit where you can hangout and watch the sunset. The tents are located only 10 miles from the town Kanab which is the hub for major outdoor activities, hikes, and national parks such as Zion and Bryce. You could spend a month there and still not scratch the surface to all that area has to offer. I so HIGHLY recommend staying at Basecamp 37 degrees!

BaseCamp37 was awesome and Amy was wonderful! We had been car camping through Utah and stopping here was a perfect "reset" for us (nice shower, charge our electronics, comfy bed, easy cooking set up). The huge bed was very comfortable and so cozy, the tent was so cool, and eating breakfast on our little porch tent looking out over the desert was the most relaxing part of our trip.

This place was a gem, I'm so lucky to have found this new listing for our trip to Zion & Antelope Canyon. Amy is an amazing host -- she gave us the best recommendations on where to go and detailed instructions on how to get to the yurts. We loved the secluded location (literally no neighbors in sight), and how cozy everything was. The yurts are pristine with designer details. There are nice showers, indoor and outdoor kitchens, grill, and fire pit. Our only regret was not having more time to spend on the property. It's in a central location to drive about an hour to Zion/Bryce or Page. Highly recommend. This spot is going to be a hit, I just know it. Thanks for everything, Amy!
I highly recommend a stay at Basecamp37 if you are ever in South Utah! It is located on a beautiful piece of property right on the border between Utah and Arizona. The tent that we stayed in was awesome. The bed was comfortable and perfectly warm even for the cool desert nights. The main house had a kitchen and two bathrooms that were available to us for use and was a fantastic alternative to eating out each evening. The host Amy and Curtis were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us lots of tips on activities to do and places to see. We felt like we were getting insider information into some of the less crowded but equally as beautiful areas around Kanab. Basecamp37 was within good driving distance and very centrally located to Zion NP, Bryce, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Horse Shoe Bend, etc. If we return to Utah, and we hope to soon, we will definitely be staying here during our trip! We also greatly appreciated that they were fine with allowing our 7 month old stay with us as well. It made for a great first family trip.

Amazing tent! ⛺ Amy greeted us right upon entering and showed us around. Had a fantastic night at Basecamp 37 and would recommend to anyone looking for a spot near Kanab
We were stoked to finish our Utah road trip with 3 nights @ Basecamp 37! Upon arriving we were warmly greeted by Amy and blown away by the spacious, gorgeous tent with a killer view! The common area with kitchen, bathrooms & bbq was super nice to start/end our days. The surrounding area of Kanab is wonderful for our outdoor lovers, there is so much to see and do! Amy & Curtis were always available to provide tips & reccomendations and definitely made us feel at home. We will be back! :)

Amy was very hospitable & had everything we needed. All you need to bring is your own food. Middle of nowhere, perfect sunsets & sunrise! Woulda loved to stay longer. The actual tent is very cozy! Would stay again!
Loved our stay at basecamp 37! Amy is such a great host. Her place is so pretty, off grid and secluded. didn't expect to have toiletries but that was a plus! as for food, we just brought snacks and ate a salad for the first night, the next meals we just ate out. there's a lot of places to eat at in town (about 20 minutes away). would stay here again!!!
Amy was a fantastic host and her camp was just as great. The campsite comes with comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, and hot showers. Not much to complain about! Counting down the days until we get to come back to this magical place.
