Poki was so amazing! He welcomed us to his community land trust with open arms and invited us to sleep on a futon in a cargo container instead of setting up a tent. We hung out with him by the fire, and in the morning he made us an organic breakfast and we took a walk down to the Pecos River. Excellent place to visit if you have any interest in permaculture, land trusts, biodynamic farming, or the amazing history of new mexico farmlands. Also just a beautiful and quiet place to sleep--we were driving cross country and it was far enough from the highway to feel relaxing but not so far as to be prohibitive! Would 100% return! Thanks, Poki and sorry for the delay in this review --I have been traveling without internet access.
