Of primary importance to us, the cabin was very secluded and required a trip on a golf cart up a trail to get to the grounds. The golf cart was available at our discretion to go back and forth to the car and to a lovely pond where we cruised some more via a paddle boat.
The cabin grounds provided everything we wanted- a cool and dry place to sleep, a fire pit, a gas grill/stove for cooking. The most pleasantly surprising feature was the wonderful screened in porch off the back overlooking the creek and the marsh.
The host was very responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you, Dan, for sharing this lovely space.
This was a marvelous camp. Our hosts thought of everything-from fire cooking tools to outdoor yard activities to binoculars, anything you might want. Stargazing under the open sky was absolutely amazing. We had a fantastic time and hope to return. There is much more to explore.
