Matt was great. We had traffic delays and then a flat tire so we came in past midnight. He put solar lights at the driveway for us and waited with a light to help us park. Super friendly. The chickens, roosters, goats, ducks and geese were beautiful. The wheat fields gorgeous to wake up to. We stayed in his RV spot and had water and electricity. His outdoor wash station is perfect. Cheney is a great little town. Les Swabb fixed our tire and we had a great lunch at the Marketplace Restaurant and Amish Store.
Nice campsite for our camper van. Electric, water, and waste disposal. Amazing showers! Clean bathrooms. Nice trails nearby to creek. Friendly staff campfire was allowed. They also have cabins, tent sites, larger rv/trailer sites and tent cabins. Not remote and private but great place to clean up, shower, and rest.
Excellent hosts and site. Very private. Amazing night sky. Trails. Pond is beautiful. Flowers in June bring gorgeous butterflies. Close to waterfalls and eat at Beckies while you are here. They even have a Beyond Burger. Good kids menu and my partner who is a professional chef loved the tuna melt. Their chips are homemade and the pie is yummy! This site is perfect for quiet and peaceful relaxation.
Stay here! Amir is an amazing host. He gave us a tour and had warm wine ready for us. This was wonderful given the rainy day when we arrived. The group campfire and outdoor kitchen are amazing. He allows you to do yoga and/or meditate in his temple. He took us on a hike for a glorious view of Mt. Shasta. We will be back. Truly an amazing experience.
