Rustic Cabin was a beautiful and charming place to stay! It's quaint and fun. Included in the stay is a petting tour of their 200 animals including a zebra, alligators, and the cutest baby porcupine. The cabin was a good temperature and everything was very clean. You don't have to worry about towels because those are provided as well as toiletries. They make their own wine which we bought a bottle of that was pretty good! I would definitely reommend staying here!
Quaint Lakeside Cabin was one of the cutest, comfiest cabins my husband and I have yet to stay! This place was magical and Rachel and Bryan were such amazing hosts! The cabin has a beautiful porch with all windows all around it and is right by there lake. In the morning of our stay Gideon and I went out and had a picnic breakfast in their canoe on the lake. We got to hold a 24-hour old goat and we saw 4 baby foxes on a walk, as well as huge gold fish, turtles, many birds and frogs! We ate all our meals outside but they also have a table in side the cabin as well as chairs on the porch that you can eat at! We loved loved loved that there was no wifi or a tv. just us and nature! highly recommend this cabin!
the forest house is so so beautiful and it's the perfect little get away for a weekend trip! the structure is beautiful and you could comfortably fit 7 people here. there is a wonderful firepit outside with picnic tables and a fireplace inside as well to make it that much more cozy! the hosts left us a bottle of wine and have so mamy things for you to go and do!
Our stay at Catskill's Le Petite Cabine was such a magical experience! The cabin is so gorgeous and homey and it has a little writers cabin along next to it that is also so so dreamy! I think my favorite part was the hot water outdoor shower that is there, even though it was cold in the morning it was still so so wonderful to take a hot shower outside. The cabin has a little stream right under it that is also nice to swim in and there are many many places to go swimming in other streams and rivers. The decor in the cabin is outstanding! And everything is for sale since they own an antique shop and are always swapping things out. I especially fell in love with the bedroom to the far right and everything in it. There are a fireplace and a beautiful bathtub and many different fire pits outside and by the stream! This is an absolutely must stay place!
Fabulous Tiny House is unbelievable! It has such a magical feeling to it. It's so close to the town of Litiz but yet feels miles away from everything. To get there you drive down a long drive way and pull into your own parking lot that is set up for the tiny house. Matt and Monica are just marvelous and it felt very welcoming to be there! The home is so clean and beautiful and it has wonderful bathroom. ( if you're like me and judge staying at a place by the bathroom this is the place for you. the shower is beautiful and even though it's a tiny home the bathroom has more than enough space ) The home is right beside some cows and a stream. There is also a fire pit with wood provided! Everyone should come and stay here!
We loved staying at Pine Tree Paradise! Our host Leo was very kind and generous and he had even gotten some things for us for dinner! There are 24 acres of beautiful beautiful land with a creek, a pond, and a few different fire pits! Right on the pond, there are adirondack chairs to sit at. And the house is gorgeous with a wrap around porch and a beautiful Brazilian stone fireplace that heats the entire house! That was so fun putting wood in the fireplace to keep it going throughout the day and night. Pine Tree Paradise is secluded and feels very welcoming and homey but Binghamton and Ithaca are not far drives at all! It's the perfect spot.
at A Night in the Woods you are escaping from the hustle and bustle, you have your own firepit and hammock and there is a lake where you can swim at kayak and hang out at! Though it was winter for us so we just went down to look at the beauty of it. Shawn has plates and cups and water all ready for you so you don't need to worry about bringing your own kitchen utensils!
This may be my favorite place I have yet to stay! the yurt is fully furnished and with an entire bathroom and kitchen! Michelle is one of the friendliest hosts I've yet to encounter and makes you feel right at home! Unique Garden Yurt is only 15 minutes from Ithaca NY, the perfect spot that's close to the city but enough outside that you feel like you're in your own world! It was the perfect winter get-away and I cannot wait to hopefully return in the spring! The wood-pellet fireplace makes the yurt feel oh so homey. Like you're in a fairytale. I wish I could have stayed longer!
We loved staying at the Red Lifeguard Stand! It was super cool to stay in a tiny home for the night! It's crazy - even though it's so small it still feels like there is more than enough room to stay there! Everything was very very clean and felt very homey. There are two queen-sized beds and a futon - you could fit an entire family here! There is also an outdoor and indoor shower with hot water. A fridge with a table inside and outside! Also, this place is just a 2-minute drive from the beach, and many walkable restaurants - the perfect location!
As you cruise down Route 66 through Native lands a desire builds to be one with your surroundings, to experience the land the way those who came before us did. Raw, unedited, unmodified by modern society. This land offers that without being out of the way. It is a super short drive off of Route 66, with the only thing between you and your destination being a great little Native American store with a wide selection of Falsa blankets, dream catchers, and wood carvings. As we settled into camp we were in awe of the mountains jutting into the sky, perfect red stones speckled with a green brush. This land felt very wild, very pure, and very much like a time machine into a world where all there was land, sky, mountain.
This little slice of unobstructed land is the perfect home base for anyone looking for a Grand Canyon adventure. It is located right in between Route 40 and the Grand Canyon (about half an hour from each). Just far enough off the main road that you really feel like you're getting an authentic camping experience. We were able to stop here on our way to the Grand Canyon, pitch camp and snack a little, then jet off to catch the sunset over the Canyon. We were thrilled to discover a jaw-dropping, awe-inspiring sky bursting with stars upon our return. It is also only an hour from Flagstaff, so on our way back into civilization, we were able to grab some modern comforts (like Chipotle!). Big Spin Ranch is the perfect destination for anyone looking to park their RV on their midwest adventure or pitch their tent under one of the most beautiful night skies I have ever experienced.
Dome Asylum is amazing! There is so much beauty in one place it's almost overwhelming but in the best way! There are so many beautiful plants around you all the time, it's in such a great part fo California!
