The land is in a nice secluded part of Maine with dispersed campsites and great amenities (campfire, running water, and bathroom). This was perfect for quiet relaxation in nature and star gazing. Also, if you get a chance, the town of Bath is a five minute drive and it is a beautiful quaint little town with a giant shipyard which is very cool to explore (great lobster rolls!).
The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! The site was open and well prepared/maintained but still felt very secluded and private. You get a beautiful view of the tops of the mountains with the sun setting just over them. I would definitely book this again.
The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We were setting up a site and the host came over and showed us a much better place to set up further away from everyone that we didnt even know about. They also invited us around the communal campfire and offered food they had just made. The property itself was beautiful, spread out and right along a lovely brook. The only thing I would suggest is bring some bug spray due to the proximity to the water. Fantastic experience all around!
