We stayed here the 2nd through the 6th of July in a fifth wheel.
The site had full hookups (50A Power, Water, Sewer). Each pedestal has a step down to 20A (“normal”) power, I was able to connect in with a 50A to 30A dog bone without any issue. Spencer was on hand on arrival to assist with backing in and getting set up and oriented. The sites are very well prepared, many of them a new upgrade on property. From an RV point of view the space was clean, clear, ready to go and level. The area included a couple of RV’s from the farm so someone was on hand if you had a question. After seeing the RV parks in the area up close I'd choose Oberfeder's over them every time.
The family and team were gracious hosts and it felt more like camping with friends you hadn't seen in a long time than just renting left over space some place. I also appreciated their willingness to share recommendations on best places in the area (food, fishing, etc.). This was our first time at a private property camp site and we were a bit curious about what to expect, yet we didn't like what we saw at all the RV sites in the area (super crowded). This is a great alternative, we could get up in the morning and go for a walk in the woods without seeing a sole and it was super quiet in the mornings. Our dogs loved it here and made friends with new dogs.
The site is located between two beautiful ridge lines. There are paths down to the base of one on property where you can walk early in the morning. You can hear a variety of birds across the valley in the mornings. Tent campers joined near the end of our stay and camped up in the main area, though the farm has some great spots for more "woodsy" camping available.
