The sites were large and private, though you could hear your neighbors near by easily it wasn't a problem. The hosts do sell quiet a bit out of their house. The pricing seems a bit arbitrary - we paid nearly 50 dollars to rent two bikes for 3 hours - that's more expensive than renting a car. Feels like there's a bit of 'let's see how much we can raise our prices before folks stop buying from us'. Wood was something like 6 dollars a bundle, kindling 1.50 a bundle, eggs 6 dollars a dozen. Those feel like standard and fair prices at least at the time that we camped with them (May 2020). If it's privacy you are seeking, this may not be the right place as the hosts may stop by your site to chat, and you'll go in their home to settle up your tab and they'll want to take you on a tour of the rooms they rent and their other amenities they upsell as part of their in home business. All in all, it was fine for our group but I could see for some that it might be a bit much if your goal of camping is to be isolated or private.
A word of advice - there's a frisbee golf course across the road. Look it up (Buxton Woods)!
