My hubby and I can't say enough good things about the Creekside Casita. The place was clean, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners, Dana and Jason, were super friendly and we had an opportunity to learn more about them. We were also greeted by their dog, Shiloh, and two goats, Clifton and Fiona. We had the pleasure of joining the family on their night stroll on the property. We cooked most of our meals and enjoyed sitting outside each night and morning. During the day, we hiked Cerro Alto trail (only a few minutes away) and walked Cayucos beach (very dog friendly). The host has a helpful book with local places to explore as well! We also hiked the Three Bridges loop (also only a few minutes away). We loved the location and charm of this casita. This is great spot to relax, enjoy outdoors and great company. We can't wait to come back soon!
My hubby and I loved our stay at the Lirio Cottage on Enney's Ranch. Our pup also had a great time playing with the owner's dogs Bandit and Blue. The owner, Kenneth, was very personable and friendly. The cottage is spacious and comes with cooking stove, utensils and linens, even extra blankets for chilly mornings. We cooked each night (we brought our own camping stove). We sat on the deck and watched the beautiful sunset with our glass of wine and dinner. In the morning, the dogs joined us for our breakfast! We hiked the canyons during the day and went wine tasting to Paso Robles which is only about 20 min drive. Our highlight was the amazing view and the semi-outdoor large bathtub. What a special place and we can't wait to come back to the ranch. Kenneth also has a tent site on the ranch with air mattress, stove, sitting area and private shower and toilet - would love to stay here next time!
My hubby and I spent our 8th year anniversary here with our pup. The place is amazing and we had a great time. We stayed at a tent site but there are also tipis and gazebo/cabin (the latter comes with beds). We stayed at the first tent site on the right as you drive up, which leads to gazebo/cabin locations. The gazebo site has an amazing view of the ocean which I would select for our next camping trip. The tent site near the creek is great for those who want privacy. We brought our camping gear but there is a community outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook. It was nice to have running water too. My highlight was a short jungle trail (5 minutes from the parking lot) to a beautiful beach. It was a lovely and special spot that we would love to return to!
