John was very responsive to questions and concerns. This was the second time we have stayed at this property. The fresh duck eggs and pork sausages they sell on-site are tasty! We were unable to have a fire due to the Kincade fires close by so it was a bit cold.
My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time at this property. The owners were super friendly and didn't mind us using the kitchen items like pots, plates, and cups. I just have a few useful notes.
1. The turn in for the property is right after the bridge in the directions, literally 5 feet. We missed it the first time driving in.
2. The tipi has pads on the ground, but I recommend bringing a tarp or extra blankets to prevent moisture from getting to your sleeping bag. Also, there are bugs (duh), if you don't want that in the night, bring a tent, there is plenty of room around the tipi.
3. There is a firepit in the tipi and it is set up for cooking. I recommend using the communal firepit for cooking, sleeping with the fire could be a bit much with the size of the pit. (We had 4 people)
