What a magical place! The thoughtful and artful design of the tiny house really impressed us -- everything is well-crafted and the whole property is designed with care and attention to detail. We had a lovely evening bonfire and laid in the hammock looking up at the (plentiful) stars. The tiny house is cozy and the bed is super comfortable, plus it's a short drive from the Frankfort beach on Lake Michigan as well as Arcadia dunes! I would highly recommend a stay to anyone looking for a little getaway with an impeccable aesthetic. Thanks so much Lisa!
What a nice place to relax and get away! No internet connection, no road noise, only the sound of the creek and the birds and a crackling fire. The cabin is fully stocked with amenities, despite its rustic setting, and there is plenty of kitchen space to cook a nice dinner. We spent the evening watching the stars come out and enjoying the bonfire pit. What a lovely spot!
What a perfect cabin in the woods! Brady and John have left the best little notes around the place, and all the directions were super clear and helpful. We stayed for a night on a roadtrip, and had such a lovely and relaxing time. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking a simple dinner, and there is a whole box of campfire supplies to use. We enjoyed the woodsy vibe of the cabin, and sitting around the campfire pit in the evening watching the stars come out. This is the perfect place for a cabin getaway with modern amenities. (Internet was super fast even for uploading photos!) Thanks Brady and John!
We had a lovely stay in our tent in the garden! Heather was super friendly and showed us around her farm -- the main house is so cool, the property is perfect for wandering, and the endless raspberry bushes were unbeatable. We ended the night with a bonfire and smore's! I would totally recommend this garden spot to future tent campers.
What a nice woodsy property! The firepit is amazing, and there is even a tire swing in the woods. Anita was super friendly on the phone and made sure that everything was set to go. This is a great tent camping location, only 10 minutes to Munising and Pictured Rocks. We spent the day exploring the beaches on Lake Superior!
The teepee was great! Jim was very friendly and showed us around the property -- which includes a lovely dock where you can see the Mackinac Bridge, as well as a gazebo, a large lawn, and some lovely little trails through the woods. There are a couple other structures too, and we met some really nice folks staying there! The teepee itself is HUGE and even though it poured rain we stayed totally dry and cozy. What a wonderful spot!
What a wonderful little spot! We had a great time exploring the beautiful orchards, making dinner (we were provided with a well-stocked picnic basket!), and playing cards by the bonfire at night. The tent was absolutely adorable and cozy, and the peaceful pond sounds were just perfect to fall asleep to. In the morning we went down to Barnes Park for a swim in Lake Michigan! Thanks Heidi, I'll definitely be returning!
