A group of us were going rafting in Tahlequah and we're looking for a less crowded place to camp since the river was packed for labor day weekend. We weren't completely sure what to expect, but we were really excited when we got there. The grounds were very well kept, shady, and private. A short walk away, there was a small house with a bathroom (including shower) and a refrigerator. They provided trash cans, firewood, and even eggs for breakfast. You can hear the animals from the petting zoo but they weren't close enough to be disruptive or anything. We would definitely come stay again!
The petting zoo itself was also really awesome! Jill let us come over and feed and hold the animals. She had way more animals than we expected, and we really loved the reptile and small mammal room.
