We loved the location right along the Webb River. We fell asleep and woke to the sounds of the flowing water. There were trees spaced perfectly for hanging our hammock and a nice pine needle pad for pitching the tent.
Our host even lite our campfire the first evening as we were setting up camp
This is our 3rd year going to Riverbank and as usual it was a very rewarding experience. We love the solitude of camping along the river and hiking the trails that John has developed on the property. As always John is a very personable host and enjoy chatting with him.
We enjoyed camping right along the river. We did not see another soul and enjoyed walking the banks if the river with our 2 dogs.
It was a little noisy where we set up camp because of the interstate traffic but pitching a little upstream would eliminate most of the noise.
It was a great site and with only 3 sites it was a very quiet and secluded. We had site 3 which was an open site with a great panoramic view of the river. Site 1 and 2 are more wooded.
John was a very hospitable host. He also has a great set of hiking trails.
