We got a bit lost but Gary was super helpful and led the way. We were around lots of cattle which was really cool and we found a great spot under some trees. The grass is tall (obviously since this is a ranch) so just be aware if driving a car.
We have a wonderful view of the night sky and the stars were amazing.
We had so much fun this past weekend. Host was very friendly and accomadated our needs. The first 5 campsites are very family friendly and perfect for begginer/car campers. Site 7 is secluded and close enough to the bathrooms and site 8 is furthest away but very beautiful.
The trails are amazing and the scenery is beautiful. We even found blackberries sprouting up in several parts of the land which made for great snacks.
We took our two dogs and they had so much fun on the trails exploring.
The Host was extremely kind and very attentive to our needs. He made sure that we were okay and met up with us at the campsite.
Great campsite for beginners. We took my in-laws camping for the first time and this place perfect to be hidden and private but still close to the outside world. We had lots of fun. We also had 3 dogs and they loved the place.
The roads are a bit too low for cars but if you have a truck/jeep you should be fine. (Might have been due to the rain the previous week though)
