My favorite hip camp memory to date.
One of my dearest friends and I headed up to Fort Wayne for a little weekend getaway and The Tiny Shed was the perfect place to stay. Nancy and Deans hospitality is out of this world. We felt so cared for! They put so much thought in every detail and made our stay so memorable. It was super cozy and we came just in time for fall. They had donuts for us on the desk in the shed and took us on a personal tour of the dairy barn across the street! They also had a fire going when we pulled up which was the perfect place to chat and enjoy each others company. We didn't check ahead at open times of coffee shops, resturants and boutiques in Fort Wayne but a lot were closed on Sunday. We'll just have to come back! Can't say enough how much we enjoyed our trip and how beautiful the place is! But really you should just go see for yourself ;)
My husband and I stayed at Eco Camp in a Big Lotus Belle Tent! And it was such a nice little getaway. Alex the host really thought about everything. From phone chargers to cooking supplies Eco Camp had it all! It was so nice for us to be able to get outdoors without having to pack up a ton of supplies! We really enjoyed our time relaxing in the cozy tents and exploring the area. Such a magical place to get away for a few days!
I stayed here with one of my girlfriends and we just LOVED it! You camp in a valley surrounded by beautiful apple orchard. We were so thankful the blooms were in full swing during our visit! But would love to come back in the fall and maybe pick some apples. Really a wonderful site! Gonzales the farm manager greeted us upon arrival and was very nice and accommodating during our stay.
It's a peaceful setting! We loved walking along the orchard rows and going over and checking out the chicken coop. Gonzalez even gave us some farm fresh eggs! Nearby theres a nice trail called love creek. We'd love to come back with our husbands and bring some lawn games since there's tons of space! Really a cool spot for a weekend away!
This place is magic! There's woods to walk in, animals to watch and the landscape is lovely. The hosts Tim and Beth are so sweet and accommodating! They've put a lot of work into their property and it really shows! My husband and I we're not expecting it to be so beautiful and relaxing. It was such a treat and just 1 hour away from Indianapolis make's it the perfect little getaway! The cabin is rich with history and very cozy, but also has electricity/ceiling fans which was a nice bonus! Our favorite was dinner around the fire pit surrounded by twinkle lights watching the colorful sunset. Can't recommend it enough!
