I would definitely recommend this campsite! It's close to Seattle, but very secluded and private. The directions were easy to follow, and the site was easy to find. There is a fire pit and a small sheltered area to set up a tent in case it rains. I even saw a few deer near the campsite!
My stay at frog song meadow was relaxing and peaceful. It's close to Seattle, but secluded and quiet. The site was equipped with a fire pit, wood, and a picnic table. A short walk away there is a pond, and a pretty field. This is a great place to get away without going too far! I would definitely recommend it.
I would recommend this Hipcamp site to everyone I know! It is a peaceful little cabin, full of everything you might need - towels, beds, coffee. A short walk down the road is a private beach, which I had all to myself. The campsite had an outdoor shower with hot water, along with a grill, fire pit, and chairs. This would be the perfect place to go for a little getaway! It is peaceful and quiet, and at night the view of the stars was gorgeous.
This is a wonderful campsite! There are several places to plug in, and even WiFi available. It's the perfect place to get away without going too far. Gig Harbor is close by, and Diana gave me great recommendations for things to do! There is plenty of space to pitch a tent or hang a hammock, and lots of room to relax and enjoy the campsite. I would definitely recommend this campsite if you're looking for a place that's not too far away from the city, but still peaceful and quiet.
I enjoyed my stay here so much! Stacie and Avery have set up a very peaceful campsite, and are putting in a lot of work to make it perfect! They have a bathroom and a sink with running water, and are even working on an outdoor shower.
The campsites are close to town and to a lot of hiking trails, so it's the best of both worlds! I highly recommend this campsite if you're looking for somewhere peaceful to stay, without venturing too far out.
Terry and Cheryl's place is fantastic! The hosts were really helpful and welcoming, and their campsite is very well set up with lots of amenities. There are picnic tables, firepits along with plenty of wood, fresh eggs for sale, and even a bathroom and an outdoor shower. The field is spacious and would be perfect for children (or adults) who want to play. The creek that runs through the property makes for a very peaceful atmosphere, and would be great to swim in when the weather is warmer!
This campsite was a great place to get away! Megan was very kind and responsive, and made sure that I had everything I needed. The site was very peaceful but easy to find, and the drive there is gorgeous! I definitely recommend stopping at Rowena Crest, it's about a 30 minute drive form the campsite, and a must see on the drive through the gorge.
This campsite was so peaceful and beautiful. It was quiet and relaxing, and the scenery was amazing. This is the perfect place to go to be alone and just enjoy some quiet time away from everything. The host was super accommodating, and gave me detailed directions and a great list of things to do in the area.
This campsite was hands down one of my favorites! It's close to Seattle and was perfect for a little getaway from the city. The best part was the animals. As soon as I pulled up, the horse galloped up to the fence to see what was going on and say hello. He followed me around for a while, along with the adorable miniature horse who joined us. When I was setting up my hammock, the goat came over to sniff around, and he even licked my hand! It was so peaceful and quiet on the farm, and I couldn't recommend it more!
The views at this campsite were incredible!! It's a short drive from Portland, and it's very secluded and peaceful. The hosts provided a bathroom and drinking water, and there's plenty of space to set up a tent. Overall this campsite was fantastic, and the perfect place to get away.
I loved this campsite! Janice and her family are building lots of cool additions and the entire place is so homey and peaceful! The views are amazing, and there's a nice swimming hole nearby. I'd definitely recommend staying here, as it's conveniently located close to I-5 and overall has a great atmosphere!
I absolutely loved this campsite! It's right behind the host's house, but it feels like a whole other world. It's very private and you get amazing views of the mountain, but it's right off of I-5. Overall a fantastic place to relax!
