Terri is an amazing, responsive host. The common area is practically luxurious for the group of us on a tent camping trip. The sites for tents are pretty raw and ours was full of unavoidable rocks/roots. I wish we had arrived during the day to take a closer look. The access road to the sites is pitted and steep, we had an AWD car but still had a hard time. You can hear nearby trains all night long, including their horns. Good location, easy to get to Glacier.
A slice of private nature in the center of it all. Close to the 70, close to shops and coffee. Linda was a gracious host and showed me around town since I had never been to Missouri before, she's a history buff and can tell you everything about the area. Loved the treehouse, the fire pit and visiting the baby chicks. Thanks for hosting me!
Perfect place to spend a quiet evening. The sunset was gorgeous, we watched it from the hammock! Felt very safe and comfortable. The road was rough for a car that’s not built for them (lots of rocks and dips) but we made it there in one piece. Our stay was worth the drive.
