**Please plan your trip to arrive before dark**. We operate a working farm out in the country so there wont be lights all around to guide you. Check in with Jackson upon your arrival for a delightful tour and guidance to your campsite. He will go over a few safety items to ensure you  have a wonderful and memorable stay!

Pop up a tent or sleep under the stars on this beautiful vista overlooking a 2 acre pond on our 15 acre ranch just outside of Austin. The pond is just steps away from each campsite to cast a line for great catfish and perch fishing. Relax on our benches or wander the grounds for great animal watching and petting. Our buffalo, cows, horse, sheep and goats love a good visit and our yard birds are sure to give you a lovely display of feathers. A perfect little escape from town in a quiet country setting with a slow vibe and a breath of fresh air.

Great close in to Austin site. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, and our kids loved fishing in the pond.

Excellent venue to get away from it all while being close to Austin. Hosts were wonderful and accommodating. This is also a wedding venue so bathroom facilities are top notch.

What a great place to camp. We were itching to camp, but all the state parks were still closed. We stumbled across hip camp and Jackson's Hill, it met what we were looking for. We were the only one's camping the evening we were there. We had a great site with lot's of room and shade right next to the pond. Just a short walk from the site were indoor, air conditioned restrooms; they were clean and well maintained. One of the best parts and something great for the kids is all of the animals on the property; cows, buffalo, goats, sheep, horse, chickens, ducks, dogs, peacocks and my personal favorite geese. Our hosts Jackson and Alicia were great too! They were very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and were very interested in our feedback about our experience with them. We'd definitely recommend this campground to others, and will probably return and bring the kids.

This place is so amazing! 10/10 have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so! Jackson and Alicia were so welcoming and really made the stay an experience we will remember. Buy the breakfast if you stay, it was so perfect and just made our entire day. If you are looking for a great place to stay in a nice atmosphere then look no further.

Alicia and Jackson were great hosts! They helped us out providing a shady spot with access to power with our last minute requests and even lent us a cooktop burner and firewood for roasting s’mores. Couldn’t have been a more perfect experience for us. And the home cooked meals were divine! What a magical place. And our 7 month old loved waking up to roosters and all the farm animals! No complaints whatsoever.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Alicia and Jackson were wonderful and generous hosts, the site was beautiful, and the food was fantastic- an unexpected delight for a campground. We’ve already told several friends about the place and hope to come back again later in the fall.

The site was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained, and the hosts were absolutely lovely! The only issue we had was that the site we were at was next to the property line and the second night some folks on the neighboring property we’re playing music until 4:30am, which is definitely not something that the hosts are able to control. All in all we had a great time and would definitely go back!
