The site appears more spacious in the pictures. It also has more stuff on the land than is shown. There is an additional fire pit built that was not in the pictures that takes up a lot of space. The shed when you drive up is also very full of stuff and that seemed a bit off putting. It was in a residential area, which wasn’t a problem, but it felt very much like we were in a residential area because of the lack of space & all of the stuff on the land. We did not end up camping here after walking around to see what our campsites would be & deciding it was not what we expected & we did not feel very comfortable with it all. We contacted to host about the potential for a refund or partial refund but we didn’t hear back.

Hi Frankie, thank you for your comments regarding our Hipcamp. My apologies for the current condition of the campsites as we are currently under construction to improve the amenities for our guests. We have opted to build a large fixed firepit since most inquiries came from groups of 10+ people. We can provide a smaller portable firepit per your request. We will update the website with better photos once completed. We are unable to refund your camping fee but can offer a credit towards another camp date that can be used by you or anyone else you designate.
