Choose your own rustic, simple campsite on 10.5 acres of sustainable farmland and nature preserve. Enjoy watching chickens frolic in a small fruit orchard or herons landing in the pond. Listen to coyotes calling and savor a clear view of the stars at night.

Our farm is home to bees, goats, chickens, and rabbits as well as a variety of herbs, fruits, and vegetables. We also have a small pond surrounded by willows and wildflowers. The pace of life in generally slow and quiet.

You'll be able to choose from a variety of spots to pitch your tent, but all are primitive and do not have tent pads. Water is onsite but a hike away from the campsites. Composting toilet is available.

We loved our stay at SHAMBA farm! We were greeted by two of the fluffiest sweetest puppies we had ever seen; a new addition to the homestead shortly before our trip.
Sarah is an incredible hostess and her two sweet girls had so much fun showing us around and helping us set up camp. They were also very great helpers when it came to s'more time and were very talented at making marshmallows disappear :)
We loved seeing all that the homestead has to offer, from friendly chickens to dairy goats and the most beautiful organic garden. We can't wait to go back out for another visit!

Sarah was so friendly and accommodating! When we arrived, even though it was late, she showed us the property and gave us a cute spot to camp at near the goats, bunnies, and dogs:} There was such a warm homey feel to this farm, I definitely recommend it if you’re passing through the outskirts of Austin:)
