Site 1 - Secluded Tent Camping
Will definitely be back.
Instructions to the campground were very clear. Had spot #1 and it felt super private but close enough to the communal areas.
Bathrooms were really clean and kitchen area looked nice.
The Saturday night get down sounded like a good time and they got quiet at a decent hour.
Lots of space to wander around and didn’t see or hear too many animals or bugs.

Site 5 by the goat shed site
Semi-secluded and clean
Nice and clean site. Good pad for a tent. Felt secluded being a short ways down the hill from the main sites. Site 5 was perfect with a fire pit and a picnic table. I paid for a $5 wood bundle and it was more than enough wood. I didn’t have a chance to use the amenities. Arrived late and tired and woke up early. It was enjoyable just sitting watching the fire, the stars and listening to the coyotes sing. There were so many stars and satellites to view. The smell of the cedars was amazing. The ride in at sunset was gorgeous and the ride out with the sunrise and fog in the valleys were breath taking. Great viewing point of the sunrise at the main site.

Site 3 - Secluded Tent Camping
Hill Country Camping
Tent camping at Seco Ridge was awesome! Well laid out camp sites. Site 3 was in a convenient location with sufficient privacy. Short walk, but far enough away from the common area which includes two nice clean full bathrooms, a separate outdoor kitchen and grilling area as well as a swing and a basketball goal. The campsite had a water spigot near by., level tent site, large fire ring, picnic table and large oaks for plenty of shade. The location is good as well. It’s a shorter drive to Utopia and a quick 20” drive in opposite directions to Lost Maples and Garner. I’ll definitely be looking to Woodys property on my next visit to the area.

Ridge Site
Very cool site. The tent with the deck was great, we didn’t even set up our tents, just slept under with sleeping bags.
Close to the restrooms and showers was helpful.

Site 10 - Secluded Tent Camping
Woody and his family are excellent hosts. They clearly care that their guests have a great experience. The property is well maintained, and spread out perfectly. We actually stayed at Site 2, and even with campers at Sites 3 and 8…. We felt very much on our own, especially at night. Exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen/restroom was a quick walk, and tidy. We spent the day at Garner right down the road and after seeing all those camp sites piled on top of each other I was so happy we found Seco Ridge. This is now my go-to spot.

Very large sites, hot showers, great host, very quiet and private sites. Firewood bundles were generous!
