Rafter G Ranch started off 27 years ago as unimproved land. No electricity, no water, no buildings, no fence. Through the years we have raised every farm animal possible, plus raised exotic deer commercially. We are now in a maintenance phase of our lives, and want to share the peace and tranquility of our little piece of nature. We are about 2 miles outside of historic little Coldspring, TX, population a little over 800.

    We loved staying out on Rafter G Ranch! Our hosts Sunny and Nick were so warm and welcoming and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could need. They provided a beautiful handmade swing, firepit, and picnic table at their Sunny Farms listing, and the ranch our had many beautiful trails with many potential gorgeous rustic campsites. We were lucky enough to meet Nick's beautiful horses, including a young foal just three days old that he graciously let us love on and photograph! If you're an equestrian, Nick is more than happy to accommodate you if you're interested for a tour via horseback, time permitting. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful land and already are planning for when we can go back and camp there again!
