Site 40 - Pecan orchard
We moved 10 hours away and Dave's spot was a quick resting point. He was accommodating to us arriving really late and leaving really early. Would stay there again.

Beautiful site! Excellent gravel biking right from the ranch. Watch out for the goat heads in the grass at the camp site though if you ride 😁

Peaceful spot
David was a wonderful host and took time to share the local history of the area. The campsite was clean and peaceful and if you love heating the coyotes at night this is the perfect spot.

Had a great time here; just as described in the profile. Beautiful open country, lots of meadowlarks and other birds to enjoy. Almost silent at night. Would absolutely stay again

Simple IS better
Very simple place to setup camp after a long drive when you need a quick in and out! Rather simple field, but simple is sometimes better. Property was well mowed, close to a farm to market road, but has little to no traffic. Will stay here again when passing through.
