You will love the area and the scenery, this lot is located in the Vista Heights subdivision- Peace and quiet. Very clean air. Low crime rate. Great spot to get away from the busy city life. Great elevation of 4,600 feet gives you a great clean and crisp climate. Hunting would be best a few miles to your east and north east for antelopes and deer. Bird hunting in the area and immediate lot.  Power poles on the street, water can be hauled with water containers (1000 gallons for only $25).

Once we found the road into the property there were a couple of nice places to pull off and spend the night. The sunset was one to remember!
