Pitch your tent on 20 acres of gorgeous remote  beautiful Big Bend'Terlingua Tx desert,,nothing manmade is on the property at this point ,so  come prepared for primitive camping,,the nearest town is about 11 miles south ,Terlingua and Study Butte ,The Gateway to Big Bend National Park"  you will also  find restaurants ,some shopping ,water and showers at the rv lot in Study Butte  ,,camp out under the stars and watch the milky way set  and enjoy  the wildlife that covers the property ,very easy to get to and close enough to Terlingua to use it as a base camp for visiting both the National and State Parks ,,the Ghost Town of Terlingua or Lajitas down the road on the Rio Grande ,lots of natural privacy because of both vegetation and the way the property  naturally steps up to the peaks on the East and West sides ,park your truck or jeep in any of the road cutouts along Hermans Peak rd near the Purple  property markers and hike 30 yards in and up the hill and you will be close to your vehicle and the road yet not be seen by anybody nor see anybody passing by below ,,the views are mindblowing ,we hope you enjoy your stay ,leave nothing but your footprints and enjoy the quite solitude of the "Solitario " part of Terlingua Ranch ,the constant wind blowing on your face ,the sounds of hawks and other birds along with the lone howl of a coyote ,close your eyes and you can almost feel  the spirits  of the Apache and Comanches returning to cross the border on their horses ,,
