Our brand new, wonderful listing at Music Springs is The Schoolhouse! Created like an old, tiny one room schoolhouse, this space is cozy, romantic and perfect for a couple wanting to get away for a night, a weekend or a week!

The Schoolhouse is tiny and packed with so much charm. It has the most wonderfully, comfortable queen size memory foam mattress on a bed that is tucked away in a little alcove. It also has a sweet little sitting area for having that morning coffee or watching  tv.
You might want to have that morning coffee outside, sitting under the pines or on the covered front porch. You also have your  own fire pit & charcoal grill in your private school yard
Situated on our  farm in the piney woods of East Texas, The Schoolhouse rests on the edge of Music Springs camp area, giving guests access to our big outdoor kitchen, restroom and shower facilities. All linens, pillows, towels, and shower supplies are provided.
This is WAY above camping, even though you are in the woods. Staying at The Schoolhouse is glamping at it's finest.

This sweet little place was so lovely and quaint! Such a perfect couples getaway location! As you drive up through the pines and towering trees, wildflowers welcoming you in. It's so peaceful you just want to sit outside forever listening to nature, and breathing. I HIGHLY recommend staying at the Schoolhouse! There's also a little amphitheater, kitchen area, fire pits, charcoal grills, and beautiful lights strung all around the campsite area! They even had snacks set up beautifully in the little schoolhouse. And the interior design was amazing!

Highly recommend and a great place! Such a peaceful place, most noise is the wind in the trees and birds! We stayed in the cute Schoolhouse, very comfortable. Large firepit to cook in or you can use the outdoor kitchen, they provide most anything you need except your food. Lots of different lodging options to choose from. Will definitely return!

I can't say enough about this little hidden gem. The hosts were amazing. They made themselves available if needed but also provided guests with very detailed information about the property which was most appreciated! I can't tell you how many times i must have smiled during my stay because the decor was absolutely brillant. The property felt safe, well maintained, its a place i would not hesitate to bring my family to. I will definitely be back and will tell all my friends about it. If you are looking for a unique experience and a place to get away from it all and just relax... i highly recommend Music Springs.

I spent a few nights here, and I so enjoyed myself! The Schoolhouse itself is so cute and charming. Everything was in great condition; there was even a Keurig conveniently inside the room! The land that The Schoolhouse is on is absolutely beautiful and so incredibly peaceful — so many birds chirping during the day and then frogs and crickets at night! I loved cooking my food over the charcoal grill and then roasting marshmallows over our campfire. I got to walk the trail on site, take a nap in the hammock, play frisbee and ping pong, and walk more trails nearby at Tyler State Park. The bathrooms and shower were clean and tidy; the kitchen area was reasonably stocked and had some grilling utensils. Relaxing among the pine trees at Music Springs was a real treat. This is a wonderful little escape from the city!

The cabin was charming to say the least. We were very happy with how comfortable the bed was. The outdoor shower and restroom were both well stocked and clean. The outdoor kitchen had all the basics, although it needed a good refresh to remove wasp nests and spider webs and just general organizing of guest items available. It rained during our visit, but even if it hadn’t, we weren’t able to use the lawn games as the container was filled with wasp nests and spiders and was not rain proof. The grassy area was well manicured with full, lush green grass. There were plenty of chairs and stumps to accommodate all guests outdoors. The fire pits were large. All and all, we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Music Springs The Schoolhouse was nothing short of perfect. We were hoping for a quiet relaxing retreat and that is what we had. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, offering us a much needed recharge. The grounds themselves were well cared for and offered a number of amenities camping alone cannot provide. The bathrooms and outdoor shower were well built and clean. We cannot wait to stay in The Schoolhouse again.
