Rolling hills with lots of grass and trees! There are areas you can seclude yourself or be closer to the barn for power and water 💗. I usually have horses, goats, rabbits, quail, chicken, guinea hens, depending on the season (winter I have less animals). Collect chicken/quail eggs for breakfast when available or pick berries/grapes when in season! I often have baby animals and farm fresh produce! A couple of hammocks out in back. Firepit, collecting fallen branches around the farm is fine when no burn ban. Electric for some campers near the house but please check before booking that your type is supported and available during that time. Complimentary Wifi by barn. Make sure to supervise children at all times as the goats and horses are nosey and dont realize how big they are. Close all gates behind you and double check they are latched! Please note i have livestock gaurdian dogs to protect the animals; thier job is to bark and protect the herd from predators . Please be prepared with earplugs or a white noise machine if you are noise-sensitive. Thanks! County Burn Ban link: www.parkercountytx.com/231/Burn-Ban-Status-and-Burn-Notification-Fo This is a working farm, if you need certain quiet hours, please let me know in advance. However, I may still need to feed animals super early, but I won’t run the tractor near you. :)

This was my first hip camp experience and it was overall good. While I had other things to do in Forth Worth and didn't spend much time on the property, Korinne made sure to point out where I could go for a walk if I wished or gather firewood. She made me feel welcome and that if anything was amiss or if I forgot the gate code she was happy to help fix any issues immediately. I thought all the animals free ranging around was awesome, but if you aren't an animal lover I think she did a good job of forewarning you in her location description.
