Great river camping!
What a great spot for a vacation in 2020! The river is amazing - the water is beautiful, cool and clean! Having air conditioning in the tent is great - a must in Texas! Laura is very welcoming & clearly loves sharing her property with her guests.
Laura is an awesome host. The property is beautiful. She only lets a few people onsite at a time so you could definitely have your own piece of the river. Nice small Rapids and clear cool water. I would definitely book again.
Ms. Laura was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and welcoming! We loved staying here and cannot wait until we can get away again and come to this campsite. Thank you so much Ms. Laura for a fantastic weekend!
Wow wow wow!!! This place was absolutely beautiful and Laura and family were incredible hosts. Laura was extremely accommodating and overall just a fun and kind person! River access was extremely private. The pictures do not do this place justice. If you are looking for a fun great vacay to the river look no further you found it. Book this place right now you will not regret it!!
Everyone was so respectful of our needs at camp. Laura and crew were so nice. The grounds were kept clean and the views were outstanding! My husband and I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We will definitely be back and will bring more family and friends next time. Everyone should go!!!
Perfect, relaxing, and cozy!
We loved this spot so much we came back again two weeks later! Glamping tent was cool when it was hot out and warm when we went back during first cold front of season. Our kids loved exploring and playing in river and wife and I enjoyed peace and quiet. Can’t wait to go back! This place is a gem! Laura and Donna made us feel welcomed and are so nice too.
Great glamping getaway close to atx
Thank you Laura, Donna, and her husband for a wonderful holiday getaway! I went with my two daughters in December and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay. Only 45 minutes away from Austin, this area feels like a different planet from the bustling city life. Our glamping tent was cozy and comfortable, and had all the amenities someone would want who wants the 'camping' experience without the hardcore camp experience. By far our favorite experience was paddleboarding on the San Marcos River - it was so peaceful and we were pretty much the only people on the river! We also loved lighting campfires at night and toasting marshmallows for S'mores - a huge thank you to Donna's husband for helping us novices out with that. I couldn't recommend this spot more!
