Can view the amazing Moutains close by. An abundance of wild life you might see antelope a pack of 12 roam around the ranch you could hear coyotes at night. Also the rabbits tend to play at night. During the daytime there could be a corn hole game competion. May get a chance to view mama and papa road runner.
