We're a young, growing farm focused on regenerative permaculture. The land is still fairly raw which affords new adventures and challenges around every bend. To heal and husband the land has been nothing short of a continuously rewarding experience.

Regenerative, Happy Animal Farm
Our kids loved it!
We had a fun time out at Ryan’s land. He showed us the animals and gave us an overview of how he is regenerating the land. The cows came to visit us one night and came super close to the tent. They were harmless though. Highly recommend!

Regenerative, Happy Animal Farm
We had an amazing time here! Host Ryan was very kind and answered all of our messages and questions. The farm is in a great area, just five minutes from the nearest store just in case you forgot anything. But still secluded and quiet enough to feel like you are far from anyone. We checked in a little later but Ryan helped us out when we forgot our tent poles. As soon as you enter the farm you are greeted with the most adorable cows, chickens, and goats! The camping spot is deep back away from the hosts home but still close enough where if you were in trouble they’d probably hear. Though, the farm is surrounded by an electric fence so no large animals can get out or in. We left super safe even in the dark night! There’s a table for cooking, a grill, a fire pit, and some chairs, if you don’t have those of your own. There is a toilet as well, it’s a little makeshift but it’s better than going in the woods! We couldn’t find the shower but we were told there was one as well. The site was super clean and spacious. The animals were great, if you are looking to live your farmer dreams this is an awesome spot! The cows came up really close to the site, even with our dog there they didn’t mind at all. They won’t get too close to you but you can watch them graze around you all day. One thing we were a bit worried about was the smell of cow poo, but there actually wasn’t a smell at all!! We’d wake up to the sound of hoofs outside our tent and the cows would be saying good morning. We had an awesome weekend and would 100% recommend this spot to anyone!

Regenerative, Happy Animal Farm
We had a great camping experience! We came out here for a quiet, relaxing and rustic family camping experience, which is exactly what we got. The kids loved exploring the area and meeting all the friendly animals on the property. We signed up for the animal meet and greet and Ryan did an excellent job educating us about his animals, we all learned something. Ryan responded promptly to any questions I had during our stay and the site was well maintained. Would definitely go back!

A night with Baby Goats!!! <3
Idyllic Camping with Goats
TLDR: Recommended Our host Ryan was very helpful and patient in the lead-up to our booking as I inquired several times before nailing down a date. Fast, helpful responses. The entrance to the farm is pretty nondescript, a gate at the road. Ryan walked out to meet us after giving us the code to open the gate. We parked a little ways away from the campsite but it was no problem to bring our stuff over. The campsite was inside a pen, with an option to exclude the goats when we wanted to chill, or include them for party time. Chickens were roaming freely but mostly avoided us after we passed their initial inspection. There were roosters next to this pen, who did crow basically all the time (because they're roosters), so we were getting up early. There was a distinct farm animal smell but we got used to it surprisingly quickly and then it was just fresh air to enjoy. A really big tent and campfire area were provided. When it drizzled on us a bit one morning, Ryan brought us a tarp and helped us put it over the tent, which had been left open for bedtime stargazing. The listing said there is a picnic table but I didn't see it; it didn't come up that we needed it and we didn't ask. The composting toilet was a bit of a walk away, but that's probably for the best for a composting toilet. It didn't have a door but I did see a spot where one could hang a tarp or some such if you didn't want the grand view while on the toilet. And what a view! Softly rolling grassy green hills, spotted with shrubbery, and a pond in the middle. We saw a couple of cows and heard them mooing in the distance. We also spotted some ducks and geese, as well as wild birds (I saw my first scissor tailed flycatcher). We also saw one skunk, which was lumbering away after spraying Ryan's poor dogs (we never smelled it). Ryan seemed surprised as we were to see a skunk, so I don't think they're regular visitors. Springtime was the perfect time to visit, the whole place was really coming to life with fresh green growth, and of course there are little goats. We spent a lot of time hanging out with our new goat friends. They're inquisitive, funny, social animals, and it was like a pastoral fantasy to follow them around and sit in the sun with them while they napped. When they all came back closer to evening, the party really kicked off in the pen as the goats explored and played. They're very charismatic. It was great departure from our normal camping to visit a working farm, and you can tell Ryan cares about his work and his animals. When we left, we were already talking about coming back next year for the next batch of baby goats.

Regenerative, Happy Animal Farm
This place was a DREAM! I camped out with my four kiddos, and we all had a blast running around and snuggling baby goats. Ryan so graciously gave us a tour of the farm and let the boys feed the cows and goats. We loved exploring the land. The campsite had lush, perfectly flat spots for tents, and we felt safe knowing that the property was gated and livestock dogs were working the premises at night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
