Peaceful Beauty
Sam and Sarah are absolutely wonderful people with a gorgeous place that I cannot wait to visit again.
I came for the Eclipse and stayed for the week enjoying the peaceful beauty. I got to see my first roadrunner while I was there!
I work remotely in my RV and had AMAZING signal for T-Mobile. I was able to have multiple virtual meetings and even did a virtual doctor appointment without any connection issues.
I felt totally safe as a solo female traveling in Texas.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for visiting the Stockyards. It was dark and quiet at night! The owners were very nice and accommodating.

Was a very nice place to camp out of the way and small. Sam came right out and welcomed me and made sure I was all set on my spot. Very peaceful. Loved the full hookups and even internet if you needed it. All kinds of channels on my TV to watch also. Would recommend to anybody in the area that needs a great place to stay short or long term to check this place out.

Stockyards
When we arrived Sam came over to greet us. We had plans to visit Fort worth stockyards and Sam gave us a few tips on areas to visit. The grounds were clean and the rates we very reasonable.

10/10 relaxing getaway
Sam and Sarah are great host! They were very welcoming to their farm, ensuring they get their guest upon arrival. The little red utility house is well equipped with washer and dryer and a refrigerator that may have fresh eggs to purchase. Sarah made homemade holiday treats for the campers to enjoy. The directions to the site and the instructions were clear and precise. I would recommend 10/10

We loved camping on Sam and Sarah’s property! Very quiet and peaceful! It was also easy to navigate around the area. We hope to stay there again.
