Beautiful sunsets like you never imagined in Southeast Texas. 44-acres of mostly pasture for viewing stars or the sunset as it stretches across the wide open sky. A winding flowing creek runs along one boundary, just under the setting sun. Cattle and a few horses share our land with us; they become giddy as the temperature drops each evening.  Our lovable livestock puppies may visit you, but don't worry, they just want to share some love.

Please be aware this is the country and we do have some vocal coyotes that live in the drains, but we do have 3 livestock dogs that keep them away. This is camping in the country, and you will be camping among wildlife.

San Rayburn Lake and Big Thicket trails are just 40 miles away.

Elizabeth was a great host and went out of her way to make sure my stay was exactly how I hoped it would be. Her land is quite beautiful and there’s plenty of spots to find a secluded spot on, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Such a great spot. Quiet, secluded, giant trees, campsite at the base of a rolling hill. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth its awesome unfortunately it’s way too far and I heard coyotes very close to my tent that make me afraid the hole night thanks to her dogs that stayed close to my tent and watch me and my 6 year old all night to keep us safe. The inconvenience of no bathroom and water close by it was inconvenient for me. Elizabeth is very nice and sweet! She cooked pizza and invite my daughter for dinner.
