About Dos Rios Tiny Home
Stay in our Tiny Home on the banks of the mighty Llano River in the Texas Hill Country. Fire pits, privacy, picnic tables, and gorgeous views.
We have over 15 acres of hill country beauty to explore. Take a casual dip in the mighty Llano River, or take the plunge off of 20-foot red rock cliffs into deep cool water. Kayak, canoe, swim, visit the Eckart Bat Cave, or take a scenic drive down the gorgeous James River Road (a winding gravel road that goes over several low water crossings on the crystal clear James River). Enjoy the island in front of the property, with its beaches and multiple access points to swimming holes.
We also have camping, another small cabin and a fully renovated vintage airstream available (see other Hipcamp listings). We also rent kayaks and canoes!

This little tiny house is so cute! Tucked away off from the main camping area, this house feels al little more secluded and surrounded by gorgeous oak trees. Everything you would need for a little get-away, this house is simply charming. Canoe/kayak rental available if you want to go that route, but chilling by the crystal clear Llano along one of the ledges is pretty perfect too.
Tiny home is for two adults. Or an adult and two kids. Comes with a queen bed and one extra twin size mattress. You'll have all you need, kitchen with appliances. Freezer and refrigerator. T.V. Clean and cozzy. Short walk to the river. Wifi and phone signal spotty as stated on the description. Manager was helpful as well as the man who keeps the property in shape.
This tiny home was a prefect get away for my fiancé and I. Very clean, up to date, comfy bed and a kitchen with kitchenware (for those like us, who decide to cook there). Quiet surrounding and plenty of terrain to walk and explor. We were looking for a cozy get away and we definitely fell more in love this weekend.
