20 acres of prairie and river

Originally part of a large hay field, we have started restoring the land to a native tall grass prairie. Dedicated to removing invasive species and using only plants found in the Edwards Plateau region of Texas, you will see many types of forbs, grasses, and trees. About 600 feet of the Blanco River flows through the middle of the property and you can usually enjoy the sound

Charming river front spot. Lots of bird, white tail deer, and star watching. Great for a reprieve from city sounds! Straightforward and simple. Can see the habitat restoration work in action!
This is a beautiful spot! Would definitely recommend camping here. It's like a private version of Blanco State Park.
This spot was so peaceful and fun to park our camper and let the dogs run their little hearts out! The river was great to explore and sounded awesome at night. Can’t believe the value for the money having our own big ol plot of land for the night!
Amazingly beautiful spot! The area where you are supposed to camp was simply perfect, unfortunately, the trees were hanging over the road a bit too low for us to get out to the site, but we found a spot that was flat and nice right along the fenced side of the meadow and were treated to all the beauty of the area. It also made it easier to keep our pups out of the river in case it had a toxic bacteria that the owner warned us had not been detected in the Blanco River, but that it has been found in Austin. We played it safe, even though the river by the camping area was nice and deep and clear.
