Wow!

Bruce was very welcoming and accommodating even though I made a mistake in my travel plans and had to arrive after sunset.

The place was perfect and secluded and has a nice small lake that you can bring a kayak or paddle board on.

If you’re looking for a great place to camp, have a fire, watch the stars, and enjoy the water this is it.

It’s also very close to Tyler State Park which is awesome!

This was our first time using Hipcamp and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Bruce was a fantastic host...from the initial booking all the way through until we were on our way back home. He was attentive, kind, friendly and helpful. As we were packing up, our kids asked when we could come back. We had such a great time and will most definitely be back, hopefully much sooner than later. Bruce, thanks so much for sharing your beautiful land with us! It was the perfect retreat. :)

Bruce's spot is excellent! Bruce himself is very accommodating. We brought our dog with us who made the trip take longer than we expected. He was understanding and didn't make me feel pressured about being late.

As our first hipcamp spot, it really showed just how special these locations can be.
