Nestled in a valley b/w Marble Falls & Burnet, TX, Hairston Creek Farm sits on 36 acres of mixed farmland & semi-wooded creek bottom. The land is split by CR 335 w/the farm acreage & homestead to the west of the road & the creek bottom w/RV spots (reserve through our other listing) & tent spaces on the east side. We have a lovely pecan covered community space right by the creek w/electrical access & stairs to get in & out of the water. This is a shared space w/other campers and our family unless you reserve it separately (for added charge). We are next door to a Bison ranch so you can literally watch the "buffalo roam". Vegetables are available for purchase on site. The creek is great for swimming, fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking. Our county road boasts many beautiful creek crossings & hilly vistas so bring a road bike if you're so inclined, or a mountain bike to enjoy the nearby trails at Spider Mountain or Reveille Peak Ranch.

Great farm escape outside of austin
We were so pleased with our stay. The description and the photos didn’t do the farm and creek and surrounding areas justice. We were greeted by curious and lovely goats, a gorgeous creek to paddle board and kayak (kayaks provided) and a quiet nook of our own to enjoy the Texas sky and shooting stars. Can’t wait to return and maybe even help on the farm!
Hannah and her husband were so nice and helpful. We got to see some stars and even part of the Milky Way! And the goats are adorable! Totally recommend this cute farm for your overnight stay 👌🏻
Beautiful oasis near burnet!
This place was absolutely beautiful. Lots of old pecan trees, wildflowers galore, clear creek, and secluded area. Rob and Hannah were friendly and welcoming and shared all the inside info about the property. Having fresh veggies and wild garlic available really topped off the whole experience
Very helpful off
We were put in a excluded area lots of tree hi grass I explained to him I was afraid and he let us stay in the community area that the maintince is well kept up,and offer tools to help trim the grass down a tad
I highly suggest to cut the camper a good clean space ,plenty fish overall I give them 4 (5) I definitely will camp again it beautiful
We enjoyed the hospitality of Hannah, and for showing us around the farm. The creek was fun and the kids had a blast. I would recommend bringing lots of bug stray and to light a tiki torch-since the site is pretty close to the water, the mosquitoes are bad. The pathways were mowed, and we felt safe with the farm ‘watch dogs’. :-)
Perfect road trip stop.
My husband and I stayed here while road tripping in our EV across country. Hannah was nice enough to give us all the instructions we’d need to plug the car in over night and she was incredibly flexible with us as our arrival time became later and later. Their property was beautiful and it was a great extra bonus to be greeted by adorable little goats (all fenced in and not loud at all) the next morning.
Nice, private little campground.
This is a very nice campground. The area was freshly mowed. There is plenty of shade under a huge pecan tree. There is a fun cummunal area on the creek. Provides for great fishing, pretty view of the creek and more shade.
We got a tour of the wonderful organic chicken/vege farm.
Owners are delightful to talk to and very helpful with directions.
