Established 1996, The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University, the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service), and plenty of magnificent restaurants. There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! You may even see one or two of mine in the sky. The theme of Coyote Creek Farm is tranquility. It is camping without someone crowding into your space. It is freedom from the hectic pace of the city. There is a well maintained Compost Toilet on the property as well! Each individual campsite has a portable potty bucket provided. Nearly any spot you are on has an amazingly delightful view. You can see the sun rise over the trees or the sun set behind a gently sloping hill. You will have access to all of the 30 acres. There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill), and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.

Tent Camping w/electricity

This was a great place to camp!! The property is beautiful with so many wildflowers. The host is very attentive and available for anything you need. Would definitely come back!

Very nice camping. Campsite placed under some trees with a flower field in front and some pasture to the back. Very well kept and host is very attentive. 10/10 would recommend.

Coyote Creek Farm -Tent Camping

Best host ever!

Regena is a super host!! She’s got a sweet chunk of land, covered in Texas wildflowers! Sites are rustic but fairly private. No toilets beyond a bucket style, or water, but Regena is always working to improve everything! You couldn’t ask for a more responsive, sharing and caring host! We fell lucky to have seen the eclipse from there. It was perfect!

Camping close to the city

Nice open space to camp with no one right on top of your spot. Regina was nice and accommodating. Close to stuff in Waco. Fairly quiet minus neighbors shooting (I guess it is Texas), the train in the distance, and dogs barking late into the night. One thing was the picture of the bathroom/compost toilet was not what we had. It was a bucket. And while Regina took care of it, it would have been nice to know that when booking. Overall though, we enjoyed our time.

50 amp RV Mockingbird site

The timing was perfect as it was right in the middle of the beautiful wildflowers that are so prevalent on Regena As a host, Regena was as good as it gets very, very nice and very very accommodating

We had a wonderful time and Gina was the perfect host. The site was well kept and had a beautiful view across fields of colorful wildflowers. We will certainly be back.
