This was our second time staying at the farm and we again had a great experience! Regena has made some awesome improvements since the last time we stayed such as the composting toilet and shower area. This is one of our favorite peaceful and secluded camping spots and it's very close to downtown Waco. We'll be back soon!

Regena was a wonderful host! We loved staying here!
It was the perfect location just outside of town but also very isolated. We brought our small travel trailer and there plenty of space. We were delighted that there was electric and water hookups. There was also a lovely deck space available, however it was a little too cold outside for us to use.
I would highly recommend staying here!!

Regena was a great host and the site at Coyote Creek Farm was just as described. Our little boys had a blast running around the large and secluded campsite and fishing in the stock tank. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended.

Regena was great! You can tell she puts a lot of time and love into this site. We had it all to ourselves and it was perfect! She even took us on a tour of the farm and brought us Airstream books she had in her collection to look at. Great place! We'll be back!

This place was a perfect quiet night for us after a long drive. The facilities were clean and simple to use. Even has the perfect sitting porch for you to just enjoy the quiet and nature sounds. There was an impromptu fireworks show for about 10mins at around 10pm which was a pleasant and welcomed surprise seeing that we were celebrating my partners birthday just before 4th of July. We will be back.

We had a great time over our weekend at Coyote Creek Farm. We tent camped at the RV site. There is electrical and a private composting toilet. The raised fire pit already had a cooking grate and was really big allowing for a robust fire. There is a covered deck with twinkle lights as well as good quality chairs and table. A large trash can was provided and changed regularly. We caught little perch in the water hole and our two 8 yr old absolutely loved the scavenger hunt with Ms. Regena. Host is super helpful, accommodating and friendly and even swung by a few times just to show our girls various cool nature things or give them a trinket.

Considerations out of the hosts control:

There are a fair amount of dogs in the area. The RV site has an open fence to the street so nothing preventing them from getting into your site. Most were friendly.

You will absolutely hear coyotes throughout the night.

This particular site is very windy. It’s great during the day, but be prepared to hunker down at night.

The place is great!! The campsite is way way bigger than we expected so we enjoyed our weekend a lot! Other than the spacious and private location for us, our group also enjoyed the cornhole game available in the campsite!

This great camping weekend will not be possible without our good host! Regena is very accommodating and very responsive to our questions and needs in the camp. She gave us a warm welcome and toured us in the place when we arrived.
