My 12 yo son stayed here for Spring Break, and we greatly enjoyed it. Great scenery and stars.
Even after finding a backcountry permit in the national park, we decided to stay here away from the traffic and crowds.
Thanks so much

We loved staying out on Christopher's land! It was truly remote and we enjoyed the seclusion it offered. The views of the surrounding mountains were fantastic and we enjoyed a peaceful night with some of the best stargazing ever.

The host obviously takes pride in the space, because it was very clean and there was wood chopped and ready for the fire. Very nice spot.
My only warning for those who are looking for peace and quiet, and privacy. When we were there, unfortunately a fifth wheel was parked about 300 feet from the spot and ran his very loud generator most of the night. So if you're looking for seclusion and quiet. This may not be the spot for you.

Thank you for choosing to stay at my camp during your visit to the Big Bend region. With the exception of the generator running two properties over, I hope you were able to really appreciate the uniqueness of Big Bend and what it has to offer. My goal is to expose as many people to Big Bend as possible!

It was a nice place to spend the night while traveling to Big Bend National Park. The host had wood for a fire and it was quiet. Star gazing was amazing there as it was away from any city lights.

Our second trip here, and we’ll be back next year. Quiet, convenient to Terlingua and BBNP. And you can have a campfire. Beats the spring break crowd in the park.

Perfect place to stay before going into big bend! Gorgeous views, especially during sunset and sunrise. Road going their is an easy dirt road. I stayed there for 2 nights and it was perfect. Quiet, stars, and seclusion.
