You are a 3-minute walk to the house , Perfect for first time or novice campers, the pro.will find it private and safe for the kids.  4 minute walk to the lake.   I have wild life in abundance also native plant life . Birding here is excellent.  I have trails for 4 wheelers, mountain bikes, or walking;child safe easily supervised. I can provide education Services for your children about the wildlife and plant life in the area, I can provide a kayak or two and the makings for a nice fire.  Excellent bicycling area low traffic flow ,secluded County Roads, dirt trails on site. Historic locations are nearby. Public four wheeler trails are two miles away, public hunting and fishing is within 5. Lonestar lake access is a half mile to boat ramp and Daingerfield state park within 10 miles...big city life is 45 min away; Longview is a historic city that has never stopped growing.  Daingerfield days in fall,  wild flower trails on the last weekend of April .Lone star lake, located a half-mile away, is perfect for boating, swimming, kayaking and fishing, for your summer time fun. Lake o the Pines is just 5 miles away and also equipped for larger boats or sailing craft. I can provide animal daycare, and or child care if needed.A room with a full size water bed is also available for an additional fee.Lessons in campfire cooking and local guide services available upon request.wild varmit hunts and hog hunts can be arranged.Noodling guide available. Aroma touch/Aromatherapy in house. You must have Texas hunting and fishing licensc or visitors permit to hunt or fish.  KYKX fm radio out of longview hosts a big bass tournament every year on lake o' the pines with big prizes the first weekend of May.
