Quiet rural setting with gated circle drive on very wooded private grounds. Completely fenced in, 2-acre park like setting with access to gardens. Original whimsical mural paint job on entire exterior, which you are encouraged to add to! Three friendly dogs & three aloof cats all live on the property. We have enough pets, so PLEASE do not bring yours. No small humaniods under the age of 16, just too many liabilities. RV is positioned near to the residence & art studio but is rather privately situated.

Excellent spot for a romantic weekend get way, quite place to read, write, paint or finish that project. WIFI is limited, this is NOT the place to expect to stream anything, the service is expensive and really not very good at all. Please plan to entertain yourself other ways, the old school ways!

The drive out to the property is very picturesque, 290 more so than 71, with a safe walking area close by. There are cows and a couple of donkeys across the road! Lots more interesting than a local generic hotel room for reunions, wedding and other gatherings in Bastrop and Elgin.

F1 fans that DO NOT want the Austin traffic can take a relaxing drive  and enjoy the country instead!

We loved our stay at this artsy, funky property! There is so much attention to detail throughout the trailer and the land. The trailer was comfortable for our stay. AC kept the trailer cool in a Texas summer and there was a bathroom, kitchen, tv, wifi, and more available for use. Spend some time walking around the trailer to view all of the incredible art! My favorite painting was of Frida. There are loose dogs and cats on the property, but they were all very friendly and I loved visiting with them. This is a place I would definitely stay again!

Enjoying time with some of the dogs on the property! Outside the trailer there is a sitting area and firepit for your use as well. The garden area. A unique ironing board wall divider separating the trailer from the rest of the property. The trailer lit up at night!

This was such an awesome escape from the city. Kristi is a wonderful host. She greeted us onsite, gave us the tour and run down and then let us be. Chris and I stayed here for only one night but are already eager to return! It was super cozy, homey, and corky! Kristi, your attention to detail is awesome!

We highly recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to stay in a hotel, primitive camp, or just wants a little romantic getaway in the woods.

We'll be back :)

P.S. We didn't realize it until we arrived but we stayed at Casa Luna Llena on the Full Moon in Scorpio. Rad.

The ArtV is so cozy and beautifully kept! Kristi has done an amazing job designing the unique and whimsical site. Only 40 minutes from our home in Austin, and nearby Bastrop had several restaurants worth checking out. Highly recommend checking out!!

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at the ArtV. With a location less than an hour outside of Austin, it still felt remote and like staying a beautiful outpost in the country. The RV comes with its quirks- though all of them only enhance the unique experience of staying here. Kristi is a phenomenal host and couldn’t have been better about communicating information to us. So grateful for the wonderful weekend getaway!

I could not have been happier with this experience. Kristi has obviously put so much love and care into creating this amazing, unique space and I felt very lucky to have been able to spend some time in it. Kristi was super polite, friendly and respectful of privacy. The space matched perfectly with the description and pictures. It's really a great quirky, fun alternative to a hotel or a perfect place to get away for a day or two to write and read. Overall, it was great and I highly recommend.

This little hideaway was quirky and cozy, perfect for our one night in Bastrop. The dogs make us feel right at home and welcomed us at the gate. This place is absolutely one of the most charming RVs and chocked full of necessities. My words here will never do it justice. Thanks to our hosts that kept us posted by text which also made us feel like old friends! We will recommend this spot to others and hope to cross paths again one day!

The RV and all the little extras provided were amazing. But it is too close to house and work area. A night it was very peaceful. If you going to go into town and just be at RV after 5pm, then it is perfect.

Hey Troy, We are so glad that you found the ArtV amazing and peaceful. Very sorry that you felt it is situated too close to the residence, the location is noted in the listing. "RV is positioned near to the residence & art studio but is rather privately situated." I would have loved to have had the opportunity to make things better for you if at all possible.
