Hosts were so accommodating and welcoming! They have a lovely place - secluded, but still close to everything! Only thing it could use would be picnic tables + a fire ring!

Great milky way and night sky view from our camp spot.

Curtis, the home owner, was very kind. He offered us all the fire wood we wanted! The camp ground is far from any city lights or highways. The field backed up to a Forrest, with plenty of hiking available. There was a cleared path to get your hike started. Open sky camping was perfect for looking at stars. We went for 1 night and it was perfect, any longer and I’d suggest a day drip to Fall Creek Falls down the road.

Thanks Curtis! You’re the best!

This place is great! Plenty of space in a beautiful clearing. I preferred wooded so Rocky actually cleared out a spot before I got there to get rid of bugs and campfire hazards. He even offered me a cast iron skillet and fresh eggs. Totally recommend!!

I was looking for a private piece of nature for me and my dogs to escape the cruel world for a weekend. This site worked well for us. Very private, when we stayed, there were no other campers. Had we not left to go visit nearby Burgess Falls SP (recommended quick trip nearby), we wouldn't have seen anyone the whole time. Just a nice spot of forest to hang out and relax. While the owner did have dogs, we never saw them at our site, as his house a good ways off. We did have to keep a sharp eye out for ticks, but otherwise didn't have any undesirable encounters. Nature, peace and quiet.

Curtis was such a great host. The space was incredible and had great options for where to sleep. We slept in the open field under the stars. Curtis had created a fire pit that was ready to go. The woods nearby were also lovely to walk through. We definitely will stay here again!
