Had such a great experience spending the night here! We were torn between pitching out tent in the woods or on the hilltop overlooking the mountains, but we ended up with the hill! We had a beautiful sunset- Phil's land is absolutely stunning. There is a gorgeous pond and rolling hills and a really cool forest to camp in in the back. And having the amenities shelter so close was also so nice! Loved falling asleep under the moon and waking up to that incredible view. And the shower in the morning wasn't so bad either :). I would definitely stay here again!!!!

We stopped here for just a night and pitched a tent on the grass. The hosts were very kind and even sent us off with some freshly made delicious apple butter!

We were so happy to have Larry stay with us at our camp. I enjoyed getting to meet him. He is an avid cyclist and knows very well how to set up and maintain an excellent campsite. Hope to see you again soon.

The location was absolutely beautiful and Philip was a great host. He showed us around and provided plenty of firewood for a nice, warm stay. There were also plenty of great forest camping spots but we found the perfect spot in the clearing. The sunset and sunrise were everything that we had hoped for.

This was my first experience camping at “real” campsite. This being said, I was worried that we wouldn’t have the privacy that I’m used to. Upon arrival, however, it was clear that we could find our own little book away from everyone else pretty easily. I did enjoy having access to a shower over the weekend, as well. Over all, our experience was outstanding. Phillip was so welcoming and very helpful, even bringing wood to our campsite while we were out exploring the town.

Thank you for the kind review. While I may not respond to each I think I need to express my gratitude to everyone who has camped with us. Hipcamp just exploded in the spring and we are still learning a lot and making improvements. Thank you Taylor and Thank you to our past and future campers.

Philip was the best and welcoming host we could imagine. Very friendly, relaxed and excellent communications. He was very kind and made sure we felt home. Directions were accurate and even though close to the interstate, site is quiet and despite the RVs, you have a great view overlooking the mountains. Definitely recommend this place and particular it’s host.
