Learn more about this land: Hello, It is 1/2 acre of raw land. The land has an area that is cleared for living, the rest is forest type land. We have wild animals that come across land deer and other animals. We are about 5 minutes away from the Tennessee River where you can fish and bring your boat. The downtown area is about 15 minutes away from the property. This is a nice place to enjoy the outdoors and all the amenities around town!
