Had a wonderful stay at Ashley Oakes with Pam. The site is reasonably level, the power hook-up is convenient and close, and although we didn’t hook up to water we can see that it would be easy as well. Even more than this, the hospitality was just so lovely. Truly welcoming and helpful hosts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ashley Oaks is a perfect spot to be 25 minutes from Knoxville and Pigeon Forge/Sevierville/Gatlinburg. We were greeted by Pam & Reuel upon arrival. They were very friendly and quickly made us feel at home. We backed into their driveway without problems. The spot has a slight grade, but leveling on the concrete was easy peasy. We enjoyed a beautiful cotton candy sunset over the mountains. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy it, they had a wonderful fire pit and beautiful yard. Also, their dogs, O’Reilly and Pixie, were very friendly. Ashley Oaks is a definite return for us.
