We are a Fulltime RVing Family. We built this small 4 FHU RV Park with everything we look for when RVing. Full hookup sites with plenty of room to get your RV in & out of. The Full hookups placed where they need to be. Not in the way of a slide. All sites have 50/30/20amps. So you don’t need to bring an adapter. Great home base for Smokey NP
Mountain Ranch was a nice respite from the super overcrowded Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area which is about a 45 minute drive including traffic. Nice views of the smokies and a great place to call home base while visiting the local area. Tom is a gracious host who checked in on us during a night of wildfire threats and 60mph+ winds. Look forward to staying here again whenever we’re in the area 😊. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic trip! Thomas was an awesome host who was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. The site was closer to a residential road than expected.

We had a great stay! The site met our needs for the week and was a great value. Thomas was a fantastic host, answered our questions and was available throughout our stay. The site is closer to a residential road than we expected but for the value and hospitality you can't beat it!

Mountain Ranch RV Park - Site 4 PT
Enjoyed our monthly stay
We stayed a month at site 4 and had the best time! The location is perfect if you’re wanting to be in the middle of smoky mountains, Asheville, Knoxville, pigeon forge, and gatlinburg. Tom and Tammy were so kind our entire stay and treated us very nice. They hosted a bonfire/potluck for the campground. It was quiet + peaceful on our site with a nice view and a lot of trees. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again here in the future. Thank you!
