Ashli is awesome!
Ashli was a great host! She is a hard worker and really made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our campsite was near her Tiny Home, and also near a creek and a shed with power and hot and cold running water and a shower. It's all across a fairly quiet street from the lake, and she does have a short path she cleared for lake access, (or there's a boat launch just a couple miles up the road.) Her 2 dogs were very friendly and got along well with our dog. It was a good first experience for us with Hipcamp and staying with someone on their private property!

RV and Capming DUMP SPOT BY THE RIV
We literally was in someone's back yard ! Our two day prior reserved spot was given away to another family who had fancier equipment that we had amd so we were put literally on a rock pile surrounded by trash and debris and overgrown weeds everywhere! There was no lake access as described , no shower house use as described and you had to hike through overgrown field to get to the lake on someone elses property. The private cove was a drain area not a pond , the wood was wood that looked like it came from a tore down shed that burnt out within 4 hours that was 20 dollars a bundle , there was old beds and scrap metal strewn about everywhere. No at all as described amd will never stay on the property again! We went in search of peace , beauty , tranquility and the sound of water rushing through a lake and received loud traffic all through the night and endless disappointment! The dog did stay by us all night however so that was the single reassuring event during our paid for 2 stayed for half of a day.stay! Made sure we sent plenty of images to support to verify the misrepresented area !

Camping or RV spot by the lake !
We had a great stay. The place has a nice spot down by a small creek and next to a lake. There is also water for our RV hookup and some 110 power which we used but also used our generator which they had no problem with. The short road down to the creek camp space is pretty rugged but we had no problem navigating in and out with our 34 foot RV. We have a dog that ran off leash the whole time and played with their great dogs! They brought farm fresh eggs as a welcoming gift which were amazing! Also where we parked the RV they have a little pump house that has a great outdoor shower with warm awesome water! There is a nice little fire pit next to the small stream that we enjoyed with some wood they provided! We watched a beautiful sunset on the lake right across the street from camp which you could also hang out, fish, & swim with privacy. the next day we went just a few miles down the road where there are some fun places that we had mostly to ourselves for swimming and enjoying the Cumberland river!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the lake and streams in the area.

Great place!
Host was very nice and helpful! He even backed my 5th wheel back down by the creek bed! Loved it! Kayaked everyday and caught fish.
