Treat yourself to this peaceful stay overlooking the beautiful hills of Tennessee. Hosts Don and Marsha look forward to providing a hospitable experience for all. This property is surrounded by nature, across from the Cumberland river, with beautiful scenery and a secluded hiking trail to our natural spring and creek. Our sites have a 1 month minimum stay. The discounted price is of $900 per month for the 30amp and $1200 per month for the 50amp.

nightly rates are $35 per night for 30amp $45 per night for 50amp

Self contained motor homes and travel trailers only up to 40 ft. This is a 50amp site but can be used as a 30amp. All units must be self contained since we do not have a bath house. Full hook ups included : water, sewer, and electric. You will have your own picnic table. Must provide private TV connection. Adult stay only, no children permitted

This property also contains the main Host home, a cottage and 2 RV sites. *Pets allowed with approval only*

Our 65 acres boarders Bluff Creek that runs into the Cumberland River. Our spring road is a 3/4 mile hike along the creek to the spring with clear fresh water for sitting in the quiet and wading in the ankle deep water. 22,000 Acres of cheatham county game reserve is just minutes west of our farm. A few yards directly across the street is the Bluff Creek picnic area and boat launch that goes into the Cumberland River for a great day on the water. It is a beautiful trip by boat or car to the cheatham county dam offering a beautiful beach in one of our many recreation areas . We are also close to Harpeth River state park which offers beautiful trails, waterfalls and tubing down the river.
